Sabitra Wagley serves on the Board of Directors for the Bhutanese Community of Cincinnati (BCC), bringing her dedication as a community advocate to this leadership role. She has a notable history of advocating for the Nepali-speaking Bhutanese community. She has held significant positions in influential organizations like the Bhutanese Refugee Women’s Forum (BRWF) and the Community Management Committee (CMC). In refugee camps, she has served as Deputy and Camp Secretary, where her contributions have focused on providing essential guidance and ensuring access to vital resources, improving the quality of life for Bhutanese refugees.
