Pradeep Das is an influential figure in both the spiritual and social spheres of the Nepali-speaking community in Cincinnati. As a member of the Board of Directors and Diversity Council coordinator at the Bhutanese Community of Cincinnati, Mr.Das plays a crucial role in advocating for inclusivity and cultural diversity. He has been the Lead Pastor of Faith Center Church since January 2019, dedicating himself to nurturing his congregation’s spiritual, cultural, and social well-being. With his wife, Renu Patchkoty, and their children, Preshan and Prinsha, Pradeep inspires those around him with unwavering dedication.
In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Pradeep’s leadership extends to prominent community roles. From 2019 to 2022, he led the Nepali Speaking Churches of Cincinnati (NSCC) as President. His tenure was marked by the formal establishment of NSCC as a nonprofit organization in Ohio, a significant achievement that ensures its sustainability and future impact. Pradeep’s passion for education is evident through his advanced studies in Biblical interpretation and communication at Faith Theological Seminary and ongoing education at Valor Christian College, equipping him with the skills to engage diverse communities meaningfully.
Mr. Das demonstrates his commitment to spiritual growth as a program coordinator on the Board of the Bhutanese Nepalese Churches of America (BNCA). His three-year service with the board highlights his devotion to fostering the spiritual development of Nepali-speaking communities nationwide. Mr. Das exemplifies faith, compassion, and the transformative power of education through his leadership efforts, which have strengthened community bonds, inspired future leaders, and paved the way for collaboration and growth among Nepali-speaking families in Ohio and beyond.
