Radhika Acharya is a dedicated board member of the Bhutanese Community of Cincinnati. She is an uprising entrepreneur based in Fairfield, Ohio.​ Born in Salami Chirang, Bhutan, Radhika spent her formative years in the Timai Bhutanese Refugee Camp, where she received her primary education at Oasis Academy. She later pursued her Bachelor of Arts at Mahendra Morang Campus Biratnagar in Nepal. After relocating to the United States, Radhika built a robust career in the hotel industry in Chicago, Illinois, where she worked for eight years while pursuing her hospitality career advancement.

Radhika has been an active advocate for her community, serving as a board member of the Bhutanese Community of Chicago for five years before transitioning to her current role in Cincinnati. As a proud mother of two, she balances her professional and personal life with grace, embodying the values of hard work, cooperation, and responsibility. Her leadership skills and commitment to community service have made her a respected figure among her peers.

Radhika excels in team integration and is known for her detail-oriented approach and adaptability. She demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. She is recognized for her ability to meet time-sensitive objectives and is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for the Bhutanese community in Cincinnati.
